Discussing the new single, Demi said “I wrote ‘Fantasy’ in 2020, and I play it at all of my live shows. Over the past few years, it’s become a favourite. So, I decided to finally share a studio recording.”
She continued “I don’t record fully acoustic songs often, but I knew in my heart ‘Fantasy’ had to be one. After playing it acoustically for over two years, this decision felt natural.”
