Although I could not condone framing someone for murder (amongst other things!), I appreciate the lyrical perspective of diving into the deep emotional complexity of being left in a world of emotional pain and the thought process that follows. In ways, this song plays a therapeutic tone by helping listeners find peace instead of revenge.
Overall, I enjoy seeing this unexplored side of KTJ & CARLY and am interested in what’s next for this gifted duo. They remain an ever-evolving core on the music scene and this song is another statement of their engaging creativity!
